You can delete your JeromeIbiza account and personal data at any time. This includes the data we received when you signed in with a social provider such as Facebook, Discord, Google or X (your name, avatar and email).
How to request deletion
Send us a deletion request on Discord from the account you want removed (a direct message or a ticket is fine). Tell us which sign-in you used (e.g. "Facebook") so we can find your profile.
What gets deleted
We remove your profile, your points activity and your saved bonus hunts within 30 days. Some records may be kept in anonymised form for integrity and fraud-prevention, with no personal data attached. We do not store any payment details — there are no payments on this site.
Removing the app on Facebook
You can also revoke JeromeIbiza's access from your Facebook account at any time, under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. Removing the app there stops future access; to also delete data already stored, send the request above.
